Return Policy

If you have any concerns about the received product, please keep the product in its original condition and take photos or videos. Contact our customer service as soon as possible for further assistance. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility for returns and exchanges.

1.About the 7-Day Appreciation Period
According to the Consumer Protection Act, online purchases are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (calculated from the date of receipt, including holidays). You can enjoy free return and exchange services if all the following conditions are met:
  1. The appreciation period of 7 days has not been exceeded.
  2. The product was purchased from the official website.
  3. The product packaging is intact and unopened, and all gifts/packaging boxes/documents, etc., are retained.

2.Return/Exchange Process
  • Step 1: Contact Us Please contact us through our official LINE account (LINE ID @nutri-future), providing the name of the purchaser, phone number, and order number, and briefly describe the issue. Our dedicated staff will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
  • Step 2: Package the Product and Send It Back Properly package the product and return it to our designated address. Please include the returned product and its documents (including the product/gifts/shipping order/paper invoice, etc.).
  • Step 3: Refund/Exchange Confirmation Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible. *If the conditions for free returns and exchanges are not met, the shipping fee will be borne by the consumer. However, if the reason for the return or exchange is attributable to our company, the shipping fee will be covered by us.

3.About Refunds

After confirming that the returned product is correct, the refund will be processed within 7 working days according to the payment method:

  1. Credit Card Payment: The refund will be credited back to the original credit card. The actual posting date depends on the credit card company's schedule.
  2. Convenience Store Payment/Cash on Delivery: The refund will be transferred to your bank account.
